Adventure Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver
This class is the perfect opportunity to gain additional experience and skills under the guidance of a PADI professional.
The PADI Adventures In Diving program offers two certification options. Complete any three Adventure Dives to earn the PADI Adventure Diver rating. Complete the Deep and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dives and three additional Adventure Dives (five total) and earn a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification.

- Underwater Naturalist
- Underwater Navigator
- Underwater Photography
Specialties available to divers 12 years old and older:
- Altitude
- Deep
- Drift
- Dry Suit
- Enriched Air Diver
- Night Diver
- Search & Recovery
- Underwater Hunter
- Wreck
Usually we do as a part of this class 1 night dive and 2 dives out of the boat. That is the reason why the most of the students choose Boat and Night Diver Specialties. Underwater Naturalist and Dry Suit are also very popular.
Course Prerequisites:
- Be certified as a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization.
- Be 15 years of age or older (Junior Adventure Diver - 10 years of age or older, Junior Advanced Open Water Diver - 12 years of age or older).
Training Materials:
- PADI Adventures in Diving Manual or Multimedia
Before Class Homework:
- Read chapters in Adventures in Diving Manual which are dedicated to specialties you chose.
- Finish all knowledge reviews for your chosen specialties.
Class Schedule:
- One week class - one orientation session, one pool session (optional) and three ocean dives (Adventures in Diving) or five ocean dives (Advanced Open Water Diver).
